I had vital arthroscopic operation final july, where i had the square of floating cartilage replaced, though additionally during the operation the square of bone additionally came divided from the knee joint, so the surgeons had to screw the square of bone behind upon to the knee joint. we had the screws private about 3 months ago, so i was only wondering if it would be ok to begin jogging. we have finished cycling, though not running. Should i give using the go?

Jake, If you can walk pain-free, you can probably start low-level jogging. It may be that you won’t do the distances you once did. Maybe you shouldn’t, in case you wear your knees too much. You can maintain your fitness with cycling, swimming and weight training.
Good luck.
