I have to have operation during the commencement of the year( not hold up threatening) as well as I’m formulation upon my mom entrance to assistance me with my kids. My father is now deployed. If for the little reason my mom can’t come would my father be authorised to come home(hoping this doesn’t even happen)?
I do not wish my father to come home for my tiny surgery. we will usually have the red cranky or his sequence of authority told as the final resort.

Yes, your spouse can take emergency leave if your doctor feels it is a good idea and calls the red cross and all surgeries can go bad so play on that and tell your doctor you need him with you to do it.

Why would you want him to come aaaaaall the way home just for your tiny surgery?

This all depends on his command. If his command denies him leave, then he won’t come home. The command has the power to deny leave or grant it; not the Red Cross, which just delivers the message.

No!! unless he is deployed long enough for R and R, then that is all you will see him after the surgery.
