Can I use Health Savings Account contributions to pay off surgery bills from a preexisting surgery?
I set up the Health Savings Account (HSA) in Oct 2008. we had wrist operation in May 2008. Can we make use of any of those supports to compensate off a little bills?

No. The surgery predates the HSA.
