I’ve mislaid 65 lbs in a past year only dieting as well as sportive as well as we got down to my idea weight. But right away I’m stranded with weak skin upon my arms, stomach, as well as thighs which we only can’t get absolved of!!! Is there any approach to get absolved of a flab but surgery?

I’ve seen my friends lose that and more and have the same issues. Any skin that is going to bounce back on it’s own will do so in the first year following the weight loss. After that, it’s surgery or nothing. Oh, and not sure if it was just her skin type or this really worked, but my friend wore bodyshapers ( all over girdle type garments ) as and after she lost weight. Even to bed. She had the best results I’ve seen as far as leftover skin. I attribute it to what I call the "corset" affect. Women in the old days wore corsets to train their bodies into shape. She just had to have her upper arms done, that’s all. LaneBryant.com has some great long leg high waist ones they call slimmers. They go down to size 14. If you are smaller than that, then maybe the dept stores.
Congrats on the weight loss
