Best treatment u can get is a dental cosmetic surgery.
it will be permanent and wont be painful
    try "Alex farnoosh"
he is a Hollywood kind of cosmetic surgeon.
he is a expert in this.

I went to my dentist and in March I am going to get my gums lasered down. It is supposed to not be paintful and it is not a surgery. Ask about it (:

An alternative to surgery is to have Botox done to your upper lip – this works best if your lip is “hyperactive” and tends to raise up too much while you smile, showing your “gummy smile.” There are surgical options, but if you aren’t committed to going that route, the Botox way might be worth a try. The great thing is that it will go away with time, so if you don’t like the results you just have to wait and your regular smile will return.

    Hope this helps,
