So if you see a pill based solution please read the contents and just do some online reading of the active ingredient. Honestly though, some guys have difference preference so make sure before you think about medical/surgical fixes that your sure you want a change. Also padding. Oh gosh, dont take prenatals unless your pregnant/trying to get pregnant! I would also maybe try eating more, your boobs are the first to grow as you gain weight. But i like them that way. I've heard that big breasts get in the way, and some are sore during a certain time of the month. Plus there's all that weight to lug around. I wouldn't want that at any time of day. And not to mention them getting in the way of school activities like PE etc. I think you should learn to love your body the way it is.
