In Dec of this year we am carrying the stomach tuck, breast implants, as well as a little liposuction. we do not wish to divulge which I’m carrying "cosmetic surgery" though we will need about dual weeks off prior to we can lapse to work. we know which in the future they’ll notice what we had finished as well as we do not wish to lie. But we do not wish to be denied time off since it’s an elective procedure.

well get a sick note from the doctor sayin you have pulled your back, i know its lies , but that way nobody will no.
