I lost 35lbs in 10 weeks. From 205 to 170lbs, I’m 5′ 10” tall. 32 years old (when i did it).
The way i did it is quite extreme, and I would suggest you to consult your doctor beforehand (I didn’t, and no side effect so far but you never know when you are older).
Method: Walk 1 hour per day (including weekend) on hilly road, approx. 3 miles long. Has to be outdoor with uphills, no treadmill/bikes. Walk as fast as you can or jog if you feel like, but at any point, don’t stop moving unless you are about to faint.
Gadget: ipod/mp3 player…music with fast beat is a must. A bottle of water.
Time: evening around 7~8pm, or cool temperature around 65F.
Daily Intake:
-1 plate of salad/greens with about 4~6 white meat chicken strips (Costco) with 2 tablespoon of fat free dressing (your choice).
-Drink water in between when you are hungry. Drink slowly, don’t chuck it, and drink warm water.
-1 piece of plain toast.
-2 cup black coffee max a day. Substitute sugar ok. No cream, no brown/pure sugar.
-multi-vitamin supplement. I took 1 a day for men.
Daily schedule: – wake up at 8am, shower, a cup of black coffee and plain toast, leave for work at 9am. Or, save the toast and eat it around 10:30am at work. Eat lunch (salad) at 2pm~3pm, or eat only the salad at noon, and save the chicken strip around 3~4pm. Drink a cup of black coffee 5:30~6pm. Leave work at 6:30pm. Get home around 7:30pm, and go walking at 8pm. Back around 8:50~9pm (I often ran on the way back on downhills). Cool down for 30 minutes, or u can do sit ups/crunch if you still have energy. Shower 9:30pm, sleep at 10pm. You’ll end up sleep more..around 10 hours a day and that’s normal.
Weight Loss Pattern:
1st 3 days – loss 3lbs, end of 1st week – gain 2 lbs back (its normal)
2nd week – loss 5lbs. 3rd week – loss 5 lbs
4th week – loss 4lbs. 5th week – loss 3lbs
6th week – none, 7th week – loss 5lbs
8th week – loss 5lbs, 9th week – loss 4lbs, 10th week-lost 3lbs, then i stopped due to extreme weather condition.
Commitment: you need to have a very strong purpose/desire otherwise you’ll sure quit after 1st week.
Take Fresh Fruit juice instead of Breakfast..
Take haaf lunch than everyday at noon.. then take a small brak fast at evening.. and small dinner with juice at night..
Do fast twice in week..
If possible try to make arround 40 Min of exrcise…
then also dont loose the waight extend fast period from 2 to 4 days..
the total fastest way is the Atkins diet!! I have lost 75 lbs in 6 months!! It is very easy you only eat meats with no sauces no seasoning except salt and peeper you may eat tuna with mayo, you may eat mustard, eggs, some ch ease,all meats , fish,and chicken NO BREAD,RICE,POTATOES,SUGAR!! You may have all the diet drinks you wish even crystal light, this diet was a life saver to me!! Ive turned to it after all my children and lost weight!! Its hard for me to stick to it now, because Ive done it for so long but you can lose serious weight on this diet!…GOOD LUCK!! You cant lose that much in two months. Maybe about 10 lbs if your lucky. Whats the rush?

2 Months are more than sufficient to loose wait..
Firstly Controll your eating habits…
