You can do exercises to build your pectoral muscles. This won’t increase your cup size, it will build up the muscles underneath and push out what you have. AA to D is a lot to expect, though.

I am afraid only natural development, weight gain, pregnancy or surgery increase breast size.

Pills don’t work either.

eat heaps of chicken breasts, because the hormones they out in them these days make boobs bigger

There are many natural ways to do it.
Breast massages. Chest exercises. Using bronzer. Having better posture. Definitely check out the website I found it has a lot of more in-depth tips.
