I pennyless my ankle about 3-4 years ago in the skateboarding accident. we had to have operation as well as the steel rod with pins as well as screws were placed in my reduce leg/ankle. The alloy pronounced we could have them private after the year of it healing, though we was wondering it was as well late to have them private now, most years later. It is starting to harm the lot as well as we unequivocally wish it out!

The answer to your problem lies with the surgeon who performed your operation. Go back to your GP to obtain a referral to the surgeon and take his advice.
Sorry you are experiencing pain but act NOW to get this matter put right.

You should go back to the surgeon that performed the procedure for a consultation. X-rays will need to be taken to see if your bone has grown over and around the rod and pins. If they have there is a good chance you wont be able to have them removed. The first step would be making that consultation appointment though.
