How long do you stay in hospital after surgery and how much does it hurt?

I have never had surgery, though we might be wanting it after we have gifted cramps in as well as around a stomach. we do not know if this is only breeze or something else is happening. we am fearful of which since we consider which operation unequivocally hurts when a alloy cuts we up as well as thereafter stitches we up. Can somebody greatfully assistance me with a surgery. Does it harm or not as well as how prolonged do we stay in a sanatorium afterwards?
It is operation to do around a go through area. Would it start a go through area?

You may not need surgery. It could be gastritis or an ulcer and they just give you antacids or antibiotics for that. If for some reason it happens to be your gallbladder or spleen or something, the hospital stay is usually no more than about 2 days.
Pain is different for everyone. The doctors will give you GREAT pain relievers, but if you have a low tolerance for pain, recorvery at home will be a little uncomfortable. Abdominal surgery usually comes with a lot of painful gas, too.
Don’t worry! Get checked out bu the doctor. It may be much less severe than you think.

You may have some pain where an incision is made but they have these WONDERFUL LITTLE PILLS that make you feel like you are on vacation.

If you are having cramps in your stomach, you might try MAALOX which is used in hospitals for stomach cramps.
You should consider staying away from fatty foods and acidic drinks including soft drinks (especially Colas).

Make sure you get a proper diagnosis before you start worrying about surgery.

it all depends on what kind of surgery as to how long you have to stay in the hospital. Also depends on if they do "traditional" surgery (cut you open) or laser surgery—which most try to do anyway. I’ve had a couple of sugeries involving incisions and honestly–it wasn’t that bad, no need to be scared. Getting whatever is wrong fixed is always a better option.

I imagine your going in for exploratory surgery then?
I’ve had 2 cesarean sections and my appendix removed… The c-sections were the most unpleasant but only because they cut your stomach muscles practically from hip to hip.It was painful to cough and sneeze etc but other than that it just felt really uncomfortable.

The appendix removal was done by keyhole and paracetamol is all I needed when I woke up for the pain. I was in hospital for 3 days. But that was 15 years ago. Most keyhole surgery now your home by the next day :)

It doesn’t hurt that much honest.Have you ever had an abscess on your tooth or a bad ear ache? They hurt more! x

it all depends on what kind of surgery you having cause some are just day-surgery and you leave the same day and some can be 1-2 days etc… but don’t be scared it only makes it worse for the most part you wont feel any thing cause they dose you up and put you to sleep it’s waking up that might hurt if the meds wore off

it totally depends on you and what kind of surgery you have. I have had about 50 surgeries, but they were all different.
