How long does it take to recover from laparoscopic surgery?
I had gallbladder private 3 weeks ago, still feeling a bit tired- hemoglobin forsaken during a operation (there was a little bleeding). This is substantially a reason. What is a most appropriate approach to get a hemoglobin up again?
I had my gallbladder removed 3 years ago, so I understand your weakness. Your hemoglobin will return to normal in it’s own time, so long as you are no longer bleeding. Talk to your doctor before taking anything but iron-enriched foods are a good place to start. We are all in such a rush that we don’t take the time that is needed to allow our bodies to heal themselves. You should be feeling stronger and stronger each day going forward.
