I customarily had a torsion of a testicle operation (Monday November 24) as well as longed for to know when I’d be means to begin starting behind to a gym? Both my testicles have been still in place (only right away they have been stitched upon so they do not turn again).
I customarily run unequivocally quick (5.5 miles in thirty minutes) as well as additionally lift weights.
Thanks.

I’d give it atleast a month, when you go for your next like follow-up appointment, ask your doctor, that’ll help. good luck recovering

Ask your doctor. He/she will be the one to know. I would guess it would be a few weeks. My dad had a hernea operation and they told him 1 week with no exercise, and 2 weeks with no weight lifting. It was really hard for him because he normally works out for hours every day.
