How long to wait to get navel pierced after gallbladder surgery?

I had my gallbladder out around laproscopic operation scarcely 2 months ago. In a brand new year we wish to get my navel pierced as well as we consternation is this is starting to be okay. The rent injure underneath my bellybutton will be entirely healed, though we do not know if it will means any problems for a piercing. Any assistance would be appreciated!

Wait at least 8 weeks, so you can concentrate on getting better, and keeping you immune system happy. After that you should be okay :)

And if its going to be pierced through the scar tissue, you’ll need to wait at least 6 months so it can heal properly and soften up. Though it dodesn’t sound like it will, so it doesn’t matter

well ive had both done except i had the piercing done years before. but as soon as my stitches were healed i put my belly bar back in. they didnt cut through the whole it was slighty higher so you should be fine. as soon as the stitches are dissolved and out get it pierced because they wont used the same bit of skin and even if they did it wouldnt matter because it would be healed.
i was told to wait 6-8 weeks before it was completely healed so you hsould be ok to get it done naytime after your 8 week check up :O)
