How soon can I start working out again after surgery?

Im removing operation upon a tendon in my finger tommorow. we dont wish to remove all my examination results. It will take 6 weeks for a tendon to benefit it’s full recovery. Can we burst behind to where i was prior to my injury? if not, when will we be during my same examination level?

You should ask your doctor after the surgery. If you ask someone here they can’t give you a correct assessment and you’ll end up injuring the tendon again. If it’s just on your finger you should be able to do any sort of workout that doesn’t involve the use of that finger or possibly that arm.
