Is surgery the answer to a repeatedly dislocated toe?

I’ve dislocated a pinky toe upon my left feet about fifteen times now. After dislocating it twice as well as violation it in mixed places once, a ligaments have turn so spread out which everytime we tail end my toe it dislocates, withdrawal me stationary for anywhere from 3 days up to 2 weeks. Is a operation to tie my ligaments a answer?

Be more careful and wear shoes to protect it. There’s very little that can be done surgically to correct problems directly with the toes, but sometimes can be used to correct a fallen arch. That’s in the middle part of the foot and the ankle not the toes. You might try wearing a brace like what is used for a broken finger, but adapt it for your toe.

No, you just need to keep your shoes on, protect it.

not to tighten ligaments but probably to fuse the joint that is dislocating
