Is tonsil and adenoid surgery together the right thing to do?

My son is 5 yrs aged as well as had problems with intensely lengthened tonsils as well as adenoids.
The tonsils have come for a initial time in his complete 5 yrs though a a adenoid complaint persists from final dual years. He snores during nap as well as has a tough time respirating during night sometimes. He additionally has a complaint with choking. The pediatric ENT Advised us currently go for a operation to mislay both adenoids as well as tonsils. Is it improved only to get it finished together or only go for adenoid operation right right away ? Please suggest us.

I would go for both since you are having problems with both now. Especially with the choking.

An important question in a layperson’s place!

But yes, tonsils and adenoids are removed together.

I think he should get them both out at the same time. That way, he will have less recuperation time than with getting two separate surgeries.
