If you are going to have surgery, you should definitely NOT TAKE anything that hasn’t been prescribed by and/or known of by the doctors that will be performing your surgery.

it is not your job to get a drug that help your blood to coagulate , before any surgery there is blood profile for you which will be reviewed by the surgeons , if you have any coagulopathy then they surgeon will deal with it ,, for example if you have Von wilinburg disease you will be given dismopressin

When I asked my doctor what I could do to prepare myself for surgery, he said "walk". It strengthens the blood vessels and strengthens your heart.
I don’t know about any drugs that will help blood coagulate, but I do know that aspirin will cause you to bleed a lot more, so don’t take aspirin unless the doctor tells you to.
Good luck with your surgery.
