I know it sounds gross but try some baby food. Some of the fruit and oatmeal stuff isnt too bad. Even the carrots are ok (had to try them at a baby shower). Chicken broth is good, etc. Any soup that doesn’t have large pieces of food.

When I got my wisdom teeth out I purreed everything in the blender.

You could put mac and cheese in the blender but add a little extra milk! Another one of my purreed favorites was chicken soup or tortilla soup or minestrone and i just blended it up till the chunks were gone.

Ouch!! Um, toddler food may sound gross, but sometimes it’s good. I had to eat toddler lasagna when I had my wisdom and other teeth pulled out. It kept me fed. My mom also used to make me milkshakes with egg in them (you can’t taste the egg, but you need to make sure you aren’t gonna get food poisoning from the egg) I would guess any kind of yogurt fruit smoothie with protien would be pretty good, too!

Broth, veggie, chicken, or beef, jello, cottage cheese maybe, it’s soft like mashed potates. Hot tea’s, there are tons of herbal ones out there that wont keep you awake.

Puree food, thicken with mashed potato flakes, if too thick, add liquid (flavored with broth or plain) If its puree fruit, blend with canned fruit juice or flavored pop, popsicles, ice cream, puddings and jellos are good. Pea soup, navy bean soup pureed. Any flavored milk shake. Good luck! Sorry to hear about your tongue, sounds painful!

Get a juicer and juice some organic vegetables.
