If the NAIL BED begins to turn "blue", that COULD indicate you're not getting enough oxygen. That's one example . I have to tell you, I wear "solar" nails with a french manicure and the hospital staff NEVER told me to have them taken off or get rid of the polish. That's NOT to say you SHOULDN'T do it. . . .I'm just telling you that I NEVER HAVE !!!! But then. . . .I'm also a contrarian !!!!
