What is the average cost for a dog to have surgery to remove an object?
One of my dogs ate a square of clothing, as well as he had to have operation to mislay it. He successfully had a operation as well as right away he has to stay overnight during a vet. What do we consider which a normal price would be?
Depending on the location of the object and if any of the intestine had to be removed, we would charge you between $800 and $1200. That would include everything-bloodwork, fluids, etc. At the local emergency clinic it would run $2000-$3000.
Probably 300 dollars, yet how do I know? Every state and vet is different, yet it’s harder to do that than neuter and neutering alone, costs over 65-80 dollars, itself. You better watch him next time!

This is going to depend so much on the area and specific vet, it can range from $400 to into the thousands.

Depends on the size of the object, how much damage it’s done, the size of the dog, and where it is.
My friend’s cat had to have stomach surgery to remove an object. It was $1400.
The vet should have given you a written or verbal estimate. In many states, it’s required by law.

Each vet is different in what they charge. Just give your vets office a call and ask them.
