Well part of it depends on where you are. Prices vary from region to region. My husband recently had laproscopic gall bladder surgery and the final cost was around 14,000. If your questioning any charges call the hospital and have them go with it through you item by item. Also, talk to them about payment options and charitable discounts.

Not at all. You shouldve got health insurance. :)

but you can blame illegal immigrants for expensive hospital bills. they destory the health care system by visiting hospitals and then refusing to pay

May I suggest to you Ameri Plan’s discount benefits program. They do not have any restrictions on ongoing conditions and you can start saving immediately. There is a hospital advocacy program that assigns you a personal advocate to negotiate with doctors on your medical bills.

The plan also includes savings on dental, vision, prescription and chiropractic care. I’d check them out. I’m so proud to be with them. I know I shouldn’t advertise, but your need sounds great. Let me know if you have any questions. wlakin@ameriplan.net

We are currently running a promotion for just the dental, vision, prescription and chiropractic plan where you can try it out for 3 months for $23 total. This is a great service. You should check it out!

    Dear Joseph,
Immigrants did not ruin health insurance. Blame it on our government and there lack of interest for the health of American people. Instead they use our resources for the better interest of corporations an the already rich. Blame it on yourself for being ignorant.Blame it on all of us for pointing fingers and not speaking up to our “leaders” for better placement of the American money in better health care and education.
Besides being ignorant you are cynical. Here is someone asking for help and you offer no help but a smart ass remark.
Don’t forget only the American Natives are American Natives. We are all of illegal descent. We are all human and its the responsibility of all to help each other. Dumb Joseph
