Why do Asian people get surgery to change the shape of their eyelids?

I consider "single lidded" eyes have been beautiful, we do not assimilate because people consider they need to shift which shape? we beheld which the lot of Asian celebrities appear to have had this surgery. we live in an area with the vast Asian race (mostly Korean) as well as we know Asian people with of course large eyes, a little with singular eyelids a little with double. It looks all opposite from those eyes which had cosmetic surgery. we do not assimilate because people get it when it doesn’t even demeanour natural?

All the surgery fields that are marked with REQ must be filled when searched for "laser eye surgery", DO ASIANS CHANGE THEIR EYELIDS,

    Many Korean women get plastic surgery because they are being judged only on their looks.

    The same reason why Asian can not understand why white people go to the beach and sunbath and get their skin all dark.
    The grass is greener on the other side.

    White people want to be dark like east Asian and orientals want to be seen as "modern" like white people.

    C’est la vie.

    (by the way – to say that Asians like to get the surgery is a gross generealisation. I certainly don’t like it and I do not know of any Asian whom I have met or known, like to have that surgery)

    They wanna look like the standard of Beauty and that is large eyes.

    But I think its stupid when people say they do it to look white. They don’t they do still look asian after its just to have bigger looking eyes which is something many asians have.

    They stupid. I think slanted eyes are cute and hot. Society has a lot of stupid views on beauty.

    Why do people make such a big deal about it. Being asian myself some people choose to do it because they just like how it looks. Its a painless and minor procedure. All it is is just a fold to give the eye a crease. For most asians getting the fold is just like choosing whether or not to get your ears pierce, nothing more. It has nothing to do with wanting to be like another race. Alot of asians are proud of their culture and heritage. The person who said because they wanna live up to the standard of beauty, since when did big caucasian like eyes become the standard of beauty? Alot of asians have a natural crease and sum don’t so it is natural. Maybe they just want to look like their other asian counterparts?. Other than that I hope people don’t jump to conclusions and start generalizing. Its mostly just really great makeup techniques that can give your eye the illusion of a certain look.
