Ask a doctor! OF COURSE you can still go to the bathroom! No kidding! Your gallbladder has nothing to do with your urinary tract, so I'm not sure what in the world you are talking about there. I'm not going to argue with people about this you should realize that everyone is different! I could not leave the hospital for two days. Removing the gallbladder is a bigger deal than people think, you are removing a part of your digestive tract that played an important role in storing bile...then all of a sudden it is removed so your entire system is thrown off.
