In addition, a hallux might be abducted from a midline of a body, with a valgus revolution in a frontal plane. A radiographic research of a bunion monstrosity in a Anterior/Posterior or Dorsal/Plantar perspective will exhibit a accumulation of pathological components. Most particularly so, is a farfetched inter-metatarsal point of view in between a initial as good as second metatarsal. @swissdude101 Well, in that case I would have to suggest, perhaps, getting a physician to examine your feet. It sounds like a biomechanics assessment could shed some light on your scenario.

    @DrGlassDPM
    I really cant say, due to the fact that i have never bought shoes a few sizes larger because of my wide foot, but im pretty sure that its not my bunion, it could even be that my feet hate being squeezed, as other people are us to a slightly tigher fit.
    BTW, it doesnt hurt All the time.

    @swissdude101 Sesamoids, typically, are on the plantar aspect (bottom) of your foot, while wider shoes are for medial bunion pain. That’s not to say that wider shoes wouldn’t help, but it would depend on your results.

    I would have to ask, do your feet and sesamoid pain feel better in wider shoes?
    Have you considered orthotics or different shoe types?

    @missmatistine If you live in the USA, I would suggest scheduling an appointment with a local podiatrist.
