I did not believe that something so simple -wearing a stretching brace during sleep would be able to reverse my pain and numbness in my hands. After the 1st week my worst symptoms were gone. I was dropping forks at the dinner table, unable to button my clothes, even turning the key in the ignition of my car was a painful. After the 1st week my worst symptoms were gone.
