I’m not sure about cutting himself, but I saw him spin like 2 years ago at Pirates of the Puget Sound 1, and he spins his discs with his hands on fire until the records melt then he threw them out on the crowd. One of the coolest sets i’ve ever seen.

I heard back in the day at the end of his set he would torch records, break them, and cut himself with the shards. Just rave lore, and what I heard in the mid-late 90′s.
