Actually, I really like the music. Better than listening to heavy breathing and the pulse oximeter. Dr. Webb — I love this song but can’t find anywhere to download. Any tips? Nice spay by the way — this vis helped me prepare for my junior surgery rotation.

@kissesofsunshine Oncology is really fabulous. I wish there was a more effective cure for, particularly in dogs, hemangiosarcoma. I don’t know if that cancer is common in humans or not, but it’s really deadly. It seems as if all dogs with cancer die very soon from their disease. It’s heartbreaking. I lost a dog to cancer recently, and it’s very hard. I suppose she inspired me, somewhat.

Wow, I didn’t expect the residency to last THAT long. So after undergraduate school, graduate, plus residency and internships….that’s over twelve years! I will barely be a freshman next fall at the UofA. But I don’t find it too deterring. I can’t really see myself as anybody that isn’t constantly learning.

At least it sounds like you have some leanings to what you might want to consider, and that’s great! I am sure your peers are experiencing the same thing. Oncology sounds wonderful.
