well about a day ago i pick at my belly button no reason then after it started itching and i can touch the top ring part of my belly button now i work out i do crunches ever night but no real hard lots of weight work outs… so is it probably just a irratated belly button or am i fucked?

I went off a normal sized ramp and came down on the handle bar right below my stomach. hurt pretty bad now I have a lump under the skin Visable were I hit it.. message me wat you guys think im going to the doctors tomorrow to get it checked!
I got general and before I woke up from op, I got a shot of Local. Worth asking if you can get that, I was pain free for about 3 days after the op and by that time, the pain was gone anyway!

just try to be calmed as much as you can.. And ask the doctor to sign something for your pain, dont buy it on your own will..

Not sure what that means, Most hernia cases i’ve heard of are from weight lifting and overlifting

My hernia never hurt until they operated on it. 2 years later i still get twinges! (if that’s a word!)
