I know I dont need to tell you just how lucky you are to actually be alive. The 2 infections you had carry such a high mortality rate. I read this and cried. I am so happy you have made it thru this nightmare and also happy that you will always continue to be beauitful…thank you for sharing.

You can go and get plastic surgery outside the United States but you have to make sure that the plastic surgeon that u go to is recognized by the Plastic Surgery Board of that country, I have many friends that have had nose jobs that went to Mexico and they’re nose is perfect and everything
Wow .. I’m so glad you are okay now. Is there anything legally you can do to that surgeon in Columbia? Can you at least get your money back? Is there any way to report him?
i cant belive this happend to u… its disgusting i hope u can sue for evrything they have im aware money wont make u better but they need to pay and thats how it will hurt them god im so so sorry hun hugs *
mel, you’re a saint to have made this video. I’m so glad you’re on the road to recovery and very sorry that you had endured this life threatening situation in the first place. You are SUCH a beautiful woman…skin or no skin…it would have been a tragic loss if the infections spread further and we lost you. You are so brave. I’m SO incredibly proud of you. Aviva

OMG!! I feel… oh my feelings are so indescribable. You and I had just had that long chat like a week before you had your emergency surgery and I had called and set up basically the same proceedures in Colombia with the lady Kim… I keep feeling like it could have been me, and even more I could have lost you! I am so blown. But VERY thankful that things worked out for you. Hope you continue to heal well. Be Blessed!
I am really happy that you came out of this situation well and it is definitely an argument against this surgeon but to generalize about all surgeons in all other countries would be a mistake. I was very happy with the work I had done in Mexico.

OMG! I’m so happy you are okay. I work in healthcare and I know how deathly sepsis can be. Many have died from this infection.
