Yes it is- this is normally done by removing tissue from the inner aspect of the lips so that the scar does not show.
I would recommend that you see a specialist in this procedure as it is not carried out by all Plastic Surgeons.
It would be worthwhile researching who does this procedure near you.

Very interesting. I would like to know how long is the longevity of these implants because I have heard lip implants can go hard and lumpy after a decade or so. I am really keen to get some lip work done however I want to know what other permanent options there are, such as lip lifts and lip rolling techniques. By the way what is the cost of this procedure?
