Thank you so much…your words could have literally come out of my mouth! You are totally right, the surgery is the smallest part of this journey and education is of prime importance. That’s why I leave the location of my blog on a lot of comments in case it helps. I’ve seen you for some time under your other channel and thanks for your comment!
    hugs, Yvonne

Hey Yvonne. AMAZING! From one post op to another- it sure is a journey for sure. Not even physically–that was the easy part. Mentally, surprisingly, was/is the hardest part of all. Thanks for the video- I’m sure SOOO many pre-ops appreciate it! And for those pre-ops, pls. do your homework & just be sure you’re ready for the ride of your life. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! Take Care!! U look amazing then AND now.~Amanda, IL RNY/-01/21/03 @goal 5+yrs..at 126lbs! =)

I never thought my weight was a hinderance until one day I listened to my fleeting thoughts. Well its time for me to break free of this obesity prison, my surgery date is on January 11th. Yep less than a week- time to let my family know and get everything in order. Hopefully my success will inspire others in my family. Thanks for your reply and offer to help. I am sure I will have more questions for u soon.

Congratulations!!! Thank you for your kind words. I actually eat totally normal foods now except no sugar. I don’t even miss it and I don’t miss the junk I used to eat either. There’s a whole new life out there and I see all that bad food as an instant ticket back to my obesity prison. When you look at it like that, it’s not so hard to never want it again. Being thin and eating well is way more fun than the other option. Let me know if I can help. hugs, Y
