I know about 4 people who have had lasik, after about 5-8 yrs they are seing stars and other abnormalities in their vision, i would never do this ever to my eyes. My eye doctor laughed when i asked him about lasik he said “i will perform lasik but notice i still wear glasses”
i had a surgery over 6 months ago and think its great, i can’t wear contacts and hate glasses so that was good option. dont be afraid people! its almost painless as u dont feel much and the vision is so much better on the next day.

yes, absolutely! But there is no pain, you just feel some pressure and a little discomfort afterwards (the first 6 hours or so). I took my operation 5 days ago, and I am really happy! I could drive two days after, and work normally

i had laser eye surgery and i have 20/20 vision but still see halos/starbursts. it will be 1 year in june 2009.
Other than that, its fantastic to see clearly
