@ORLJAVIER By the way.. You should use a DENTAL SPLINT inmediatly after closure to avoid hematomas, protect the wound and provide the patient with more comfort.. ooops I forgot! you don’t know how to work with dental materials or to do a basic dental splint
@ORLJAVIER your fiel of practice if you don’t practice in our field.. but since you kept practicing in the oral cavity I have done a looooot of rhynoplasties since you published this article…
@ORLJAVIER Professor you are more than welcome to come and visit us and see how we work with noses. I am a resident in one of the largest trauma 1 level and teaching hospitals in the South East of US. We operate the most complexes maxillofacial trauma, tumors and reconstructive cases in US, a lot of them coming from central, southamerica and the caribbean… I think we are more than proficient in facial procedures (including rhynos…) My point is, I will not mess with
@ratablanca2000 I AM ENT AND I THINK THAT WE ARE JUST AS CAPABLE OF DOING THESE PROCEDURES, UNLIKE YOU GUYS WHO CAN NOT PERFORM A RHINOPLASTY OR TONSILLECTOMY, LIKE TO SEE YOU TRY….

This is the job of an oral / dental surgeon. I dont know why the E.N.T surgeon is doing this in Singapore? This is proffessional extrusion. I am amazed are there any rules for professional conduct / code of ethics in that country.
The video is really well done, informative and educational. Thank you so much to create the video and share with the people with similar concerns and problems.
i had that done 4 days ago mine was only half the size of hers tho had 32 teeth taken out at the same time omg i sound like a freak lol but nah actually its rather common to grow extra bone not always at the top of your mouth tho

@zxcvbnm420420 I was actually impressed with how neat the incisions were made, especially the ones to get more exposure of the torus.
