That’s not a difficult surgery procedure, or at least it’s not for a good surgeon. Teens 13-17 live with their parents, and I am sure 99% of parents wouldn’t let their kids have plastic surgery. By the time the child is out of their parents home, they most likely don’t want plastic surgery anymore.
I’m sure a lot more college students would get plastic surgery if they could afford it. But I would generally assume that most people, if they did have the money, wouldn’t get it anyway. What’s the point? Huge boobs get in the way, lipo suction takes the reward out of getting thin…
