This surgery was done at public hospital where there is large volume of surgeries we need to deal with . Therefore, I used Mytomycin C. At St Joseph Mercy Hospital, I do the autograft, in all my cases. The results are much better with Auograft, but are slightly longer surgeries and needs suturing and the associated cost involved.
