Cutting it open and chizzling it with a hammeris easy but reconstructing it and putting it back together is the difficult part. What if they realise they cant put it bak together? or the nose falls off lol

i just had mine done today, if it is during the surgery your worried about, dont be because its nothing, you dont feel nothing you go to sleep instantly, and when you wake up the pain is not to bad at all, but you will feel a little unbalanced when walking…so ya really its pretty easy during the surgery

im 17 and my nose is big but the bone is fine but its just big and ugly and just feel like cuttin half of it off lool….. im scared to do the surgery but its worth it

Oh wow, I mean the whole ‘surgery’ thing just scares me so much. and all my friends say its just like dieing LOL, u wont even notice, you’ll just fall asleep. its scary, and usually, whenever I have to thing about getting surgery, I usually get therapy LOLLOLOL, I just really get scared, and it scares the shit out of me.
You know, theirs people with waaaay worse conditions then you.
im sure your just fine. and just those peoples who tell you stuff, its just gonna fly by in the future.

You won’t even realized you went out, but when you wake up you will realized you weren’t conscience. But yeah I felt the same, had no idea but once it happened before it’s nothing.
One girl said it helped to make me more manly but my nose has a crook to it and I was thinking about it, but after looking at all the guys at my school their noses have a flat bridge. :/ Plus I had some comments that my nose was too big and I worry very easily.

well on ratemd there was a comment that solomon left a patient with ens. look up atrophic rhinitis and empty nose syndrome if you get plastic surgery on your nose careful with structures in your nose called turbinates.
