How long after surgery do I wait to exercise?
I had abdominal operation 2 weeks ago today. The doctor’s in an one more prejudiced of the country, so there is no follow-up appointment. He didn’t plead it me when you could use again. My stitches have been dissolved as great as I’m relocating around well, so is it okay?
